Find an agent you enjoy working with..get pre-approved so when you find the right property you're ready to proceed with the offer....then ask your agent to show you several homes within your budget...this is a fast moving market!

I agree with James.  Find an agent to work with, let them know what you are interested in seeing and they will be able to set-up appointments for you.

You want to make sure you speak to a lender 1st so you know that 1) you can get a loan and 2) how much of a loan you can get.

I hope this helps!

Let me know if there is any other information you need.

I suggest you find a great agent if you are looking to buy a home.  Having a professional keep you up to date on new listings and loan products can help you narrow down your search and reduce the free floating anxiety of what and where to buy!
