But can't you allow us to pick an assortment of comparable homes sold/for sale to at least derive a comparable price? I've done that with my other home, and it trends well with the Zestimate ... then when I get a Zestimate that will be great!

We apologize but the My Estimate tool is only included in properties that has Zestimate value. I checked one of your claimed property and it shows that we only have the Tax Assessors value for your home.

As far as I know, you can't do an owner's estimate without a Zestimate. Sorry. They do add new info to the site all the time, so hopefully your house will be added soon.
how do i set an owner estimate when there is no zillow estimate?
