If you designated a home a "favorite" and no longer consider it so, click on "My Zillow" in the upper right portion of your screen, then click on the words "favorite homes".   You will then see a list and in the lower right you'll have the option to uncheck boxes for E-mails, and in the lower left the option to remove it from your favorites.
