how do i submit a review for an agent without an invitation from the agent

i actually have two questions. firstly, i would like to put my name on the review i submitted for my wonderful agent and secondly, i would like to submit a review of an agent i was a potential client for. i cannot figure out how to write a review without the invitation from the agent.
