how do i unclaim a home if it is no longer mine?

Hi mendes28 -

If you no longer own a home, below are the steps to release home ownership:

1. Log in to your Zillow account then go to Favorite Homes.
2. Click the address in question then from the home details page, click the Edit then Release ownership claim. Follow the instructions provided.

 

3. Go back to your My Zillow and Favorite homes then click on "Remove favorite".
