You will have to take the plunge... and walk into a bank and visit a lender or apply with them online. You will get to know your lender very well. Ask a professional within the industry that you may know personally or ask someone you know who has recently purchased a home for themselfs. Chances are if they had a great experieince with a lender walking though their home purchase process, they will do an excellent job as well for you! Referrals will almost always be one of the best ways to find someone to help you in any area thre real estate industry:) best of luck!!
