Here are the steps on how you can take down the posting of your home:

1. Go to http://www.zillow.com.
2. Log in with your e-mail address and password.
3. On the home details page of the property, click on "Edit Status".
4. Select the reason for taking it down (sold, pending, no longer for sale).
5. Click on "Create Your Listing".
