Debbie's answer is very on. You can also ask one of us for a referral to an agent.Click on our names and email us. I like that personally because, for instance, when I refer an agent< I choose an agent who has my work ethic, and will follow through with that agent to make sure you are getting great service. all along your transaction. Hope that helps.

1. drive around to see who has listings and is active in your area
2. google names of agents in your area....read up on them and their websites
3. call local offices and speak to the managers asking who is a top performer
That being said...........
Remember, there may be a number of "top" agents ...but it doesn't mean using someone a few notches below them won't generate equally good results for you. Someone may be top in listing lower priced homes....one might excell in luxury homes.......there are a lot of different benchmarks for what makes someone "top".
So.... you might want to define what makes an agent a "top" agent.......if its simply highest volume......I think you need to add a few more qualifications and criteria.
And......that "top" agent might be very busy, and not devote the time to you that another agent could...you might be seeing the top agent's assistant more than the top agent..
Find good, experienced, qualified agents who have successful track records.....interview a few of them..........then decide.
Goodluck!
