how do we update the profile and listing information for our home?

Our home profile shows that we are currently listing the home, which we are not.  The listing agent shows as Go Smart Solutions, which we have never heard of.  We would like this information removed, and ensure that it does not show that our home was ever listed in this time frame.  In addition, the details we entered on the profile are now gone, is there a way to restore these?  Finally, how does this happen in the first place, someone other than us changed the information on this site to show our home as for sale, when it is not, this seams fraudulent.
