The house was taken off of the market on 3/9/11. Looks like it was a short sale so maybe the sellers didn't think their bank would work with them on a short sale, or didn't want to pursue the short sale anymore, or any number of various other reasons. There are other homes like it that are available and if you would like help with them or would like to receive them by email please contact me through my profile.

the listing on Zillow for the house at that address was removed in Dec 2010. Apparently they didn't clean up the text in the description, but at this point I'd assume it isn't for sale unless you have a buyer's agent who can figure out otherwise.
