I just updated the status of your listing for 686 Wilbur Ave. Please note that we are also receiving your listing from Point2 Technologies so make sure that you also update the status so that the home will not keep being marked as for sale every night when the zillow system checks their feed.

I am still trying to fix 686 Wilbur Ave, Swansea, Ma - Please enter this property in your search on Zillow and see that it brings up more than four listings!! This property should appear as my other listings do, only once. I am handling the other properties in the same way as Wilbur Ave, how come they do not have issues?
Maybe you can delete all occurences of 686 Wilbur Ave, Swansea, MA and I will start fresh.

I have submitted the four duplicates to the proper department for deletion.
You may post the property for sale by following these steps:
1. Log on to your account on Zillow.
2. Go to this link - http://www.zillow.com/HomeDetails.htm?zprop=56884792
3. Click on "Tell us it's for sale".
4. Enter the sale price and choose your representation of the home.
5. On the next page, you may edit the position of the property but if it is already in the correct locationn just click on "Continue".
6. Fill out the required information then click on the Disclaimer (which starts with, "I promise that I am...") before clicking on "Create Your Listing" button.

I just bought a house but the Zillow listing has a link to a hideous virtual tour of the house from some unknown realitor. Is there a way that I can remove this "See listing Website" link?

The property was posted for sale via an automated feed through Visual Tour and still posted for sale from the said feed.
To remove the "See listing Website" link, we will have to contact the agent who posted your home for sale through the feed to have the property updated/released from Visual Tour.
However, I have sent an email to the agent regarding this matter.

i want my home removed.
why must you make it so arcane a method.
PLEASE remove my home from the 'make me move' listing and unless you want to continually irritate many users of your site, include the method of removal in at least one of the many faq's you list.

I also have a problem getting my listing removed. The address is 972 Bryansplace Road, 27104. Zillow shows 2 listings for this property (like it is a duplex, IT IS NOT). Please Keep the listing by Coldwell Banker Triad Realtors and remove the other one. Thanks.

I am sorry but we cannot delete the listing that is already on our database (http://www.zillow.com/admin/PropertyEventLog.htm?zpid=5840016).
We can only remove the listing that you have manually posted (http://www.zillow.com/homedetails/972-Bryans-Place-Rd/2143102149_zpid). I suggest that you take down the posting of this home, transfer all the information including the photos you have uploaded to the first listing I mentioned above, release the ownership on this property and removed this home from the broker feed which is Coldwell Banker Real Estate.
Please let us know once you're done so we could submit the manually posted listing to the proper department for deletion.

I too have been unable to remove my home from zillow listing. I want it removed immediately. I see that this has been a problem with many others. Don't you think that something should be done? It is extremely irritating to spend so much time trying to figure out how to get your home removed from this site !!
