As Zillow uses a "priority order" for the syndicating sites, the one that shows up first in the priority list will be the syndicating site that will show on the home details page. Part of the reason for the priority is that some sites are much better at removing outdated information than others.
If you need it changed, you would either have to remove it from other syndicating sites that are higher on the priority list, or increase the reliability of the desired site and get the priority of that moved up.
Or, one could always do a "featured listing" instead for a nominal fee.

I don't think you can manually change that. This comes from the site that you use to syndicate your listings from. Use your website to syndicate the listings and you will have a link back to your website. It is only possible if your provider that this function. I think that List Hub provides this option for paid clients.
