Melina gave you great advice.  Over 90% of buyers start their search for a home online now, you need to be sure that your home shows up.    I always encourage people to use Google.  Google different agents, and see who has the best online presence for their listings.  Best of luck to you!

I think how you pick an agent is the same regardless of how nice it is.
1) look online and take note of agents that take good listing photos.  If an agent consistently has crooked and dark photos you know they are off your list.
2) Look at how extensive the marketing online is.  Do they do video tours, virtual tours, do they offer a lot of photos?

Just looking at that will narrow down your pool of agents.

Then you can start with the other things like
Their market knowledge, what is the median at, inventory, etc
What is their original list to sold price average for the past two years?
What will they do to market your property and how often will it occur?
How often will you hear from them?

One of the worst mistakes you can make is having bad photos online.  90% of buyers search online at least occasionally, so good online marketing is critical.
