You can claim your home on Zillow and then edit the square footage and bathrooms. (If listed by an agent, the agent will have to do this for you). To claim your home, open the home details page, hover cursor over edit and chose "claim your home" from the drop down menu.
Here are links to the FAQs:
Claim your home
Edit home facts.
The long term solution is to correct the county records (and this will also update all other sites). Correcting on Zillow does not feed back to the county records.

All you need to do that open your home detail page, hover the cursor on the pencil edit menu (right under the picture), click on Claim your home if your hadn't claim it on Zillow yet, then click on the Edit home facts to edit the incorrect details, if those menus are unavailable then click on the Report home with problem. The update may affect on your property's Zestimate in a few weeks to a few months.

The MLS generates automated information from County records. If the County record is incorrect, the auto-populated information will be incorrect as well. However, the agent inputting the information into the MLS can change the information on the listing so that it is correct. Notify your agent that you would like the listing corrected.
My advice is to contact the County Recorder's office to update the information.
Best of luck,
