Zillow is a great real estate tool, but will not necessarily give you an accurate market value of a property.  It pulls information from public sources and calculates a value, but that doesn't always reflect the current market conditions or specific attributes of the property (condition, upgrades, view, etc).  An appraiser or real estate agent can provide you with information on comparable properties that have sold in the same area, which will help you understand the actual market value of the property you are interested in.
