Although Zillow shows the Days on Market, it is best to connect with a local Realtor who can cross reference a third party IDX, making sure the numbers coinside.

If you look at the homes tab you can find out. Once you type in the address you should see the house appear and a list of things on the left. You may need to click on the more (metrics?) details to see days for sale. This way even being relisted you can tell it has really been for sale since 2008.

Zillow will provide you how many day's its been its site. If you are wanting more details than that, I don't know where to find it other than talking with a realtor.

Thank you for your question. The best recommendation is to contact a local Realtor in your area. You can find one by searching on Zillow in your area. After you find one, you can read actual reviews by their past clients!!! If this does not work for you, I would be willing to lend a hand just give me a shout.
how do you find out how long a house has been on the market?
