Well, it looks like the home was built approximately 5 years ago.  The limited information I can see shows a transfer from the builder in 2006, a sale in 2008, and then there appears to be another transfer in 2010 where all the parties have the same last name.  Not quite sure if that was an actual sale or an exchange within the family?  These documents are all recorded at the register of deeds if you would like to go and research them or you could order a chain of title from a title company.  I could e-mail you the information I am looking at if you would like it.

Good luck!

@user13964 Just in case she does not see your reply in this thread, you can contact KerryAnn directly through her Zillow profile with the contact button under her photo here. There is also a link to her home webstie on that page. Hope it helps.

Hello! Contact your local realtor, or you can go online and look at the tax records. This should give you the number of times the home has been sold. The advantage of contacting a realtor is that they have access to the MLS and can give approximate time periods between sales, which would provide evidence of flipping. Happy House Hunting!

If you live in Masachusetts go online and search Massachusetts Registry of Deeds, find your county and click the link. Refer to search instructions to locate the property, by address, book and page, certificate or owners name. It is a little cumbersome until you familarized with the systems.
Your Realtor or Broker, if you are working with one, has this information at their fingertips.

I assume that you are only looking for current history.  If you are looking for the chain of title back to the beginning - then you would need to go to the register of deeds in Brown Co.

The Northeast MLS does have a history of sales, which you can indeed get from your favorite real estate agent, but there is a limit to the history that one can pull - it may only go back to 1999.

Ask a local Realtor to pull a transfer history from a title company, and that will show all transfers.
