The annual taxes are always found on the Bexar county appraisal district website! Taxes can fluctuate though and tax appraised value is usuallllly less than the actual value of the properties on the market if they're in fair or better condition.

You can get a good idea by typing the name of your county and the words appraisal district ex. "Bexar county appraisal district." Once you find the website you should find the link that says property search and type in the address.

Unfortunately the tax rates for 2010 are often not set until January of 2010. So you can really only go by what taxes were paid for 2009. That information is most often available from the county where the property is located. If you're lucky the information will be online. Otherwise call the county.
