how do you get information about a house if a agent/broker never calls back or returns an email?

I have cash to buy the home but Iam gettng the run around and no one is returning my phone calls or responding to email.

If nothing else, use the directory on here to browse the agent profiles, pick an agent there and send them all the addresses that you are interested in, or tell them what you're looking for. If they are unresponsive, call an office in your area and visit with them and find someone who will work hard for you.

you don't have to contact the agent that has the listing and if you're not getting good service from the ones on the advertisement here..there is one somewhere in that area that wants the business!

If the house is for sale, then I would think that the agent/broker would contact you. Check with a local agent or do an online search on realtor to see if the listing is currently active. If it is you can call the office broker and make contact with the agent that way.

The listing agent is letting you slip by, but that might be a good sign for you to get your own representation, a committed Buyer's agent who can track down the answers for you on this listing and any listing. Find an enthusiastic agent and show them you are a great Buyer. Get the attention you deserve by getting pre-qualified with a lender and sharing your goals and time frame with the Buyer's agent, and then show commitment to that agent. You should buy on your timeline, but take advice from the Buyer's agent on doing things in the right sequence. Good luck!

Call the managing brokerof the agent you keep on calling without an response and let him/her know what is going on.  Any agent from any agency can probably answer your questions, it does not necesarily need to be from the listing company.

Would be nice if things like this never happen. I would suggest reaching out to another real estate agent, as any agent in that area can usually find out information and show you the property.
