how do you get the estimator to account for things that make your property &home more valuable

i have had a terrible problem with your estimastor. It doesn't account for being in an estate areaor if your walking distance to an orthdox temple etc. both of which make your property more valuable. a finshed sled that looks just like my home. outdoor showers that are permanent and by the pool. permanent misters, koi ponds water falls streams etc. all of these thing make your property more valuable
