In order to change the square footage, you have to claim your house and edit the details.

It is not unusual for appraisers to differ by up to 10% in their measurements.

If you prefer this appraiser's number, go down to your county records office and ensure that their numbers are corrected.

You are in the driver's seat.    Claim your home and edit the home facts.    It takes less than two minutes.  If your agent is in control of your property, then the agent can edit the facts.

Zillow gets their facts from public records, so the long term solution is to make sure the public records are accurate.  (Zillow does not manually edit numbers to make them different from the public records) .It looks like the public records reports 1680 square feet and you've mentioned 1560, less than a 10% difference.  But, as buyers get very picky you are right to have your agent correct the number.
