Check your local MLS if you are a member. The property may be listed there with all the information you need. If not, The listing agent is usually listed somewhere on the property's Zillow page. It doesn't usually provide a phone number but with the power of the internet you can usually find it. Call and ask if it is available, ask about brokerage/commission split, and ask for showing instructions.

Make some calls. Also check the address and contact a Realtor for the data. Anyone will be glad to get you whatever you need! That's what we do...

You should call your local or family Realtor and ask them if it is really available and if so, ask them to show it to you.
