Hi Eric,

Hi this is Jerry. If you're referring on how to find Zestimate on your account, just simply follow these steps:

1. Click on the "Homes" tab.

2. Type in the home's address in the search bar that appears below the tabs.

3. Click on "Go."

4. You will get a page with an aerial shot of the home with a window containing a link to the homes "Overview" page. If the home is not for sale, there actually should be a zestimate in that window with the link. If not there, click on the link and look in the section marked "charts and data." If the house is currently for sale and has a zestimate, it will just appear in the "charts and data" section on the "Overview" page.

Please be reminded that zestimates are not meant to be as accurate as an appraisal and is just used as an starting point.

If you have any more questions or clarifications, just let us know.

Thank you!
