I've had several people contact me to change the status of their home. The new buyer has moved into their new home and Zillow still shows the listing as active.  In this case, you can call a rep at Zillow to have it corrected.

It depends on the error. If it is a square footage error, you can take control of the home page as the listing agent and edit the information. If it is an address or last sales price error, you can flag it so that Zillow can look into correcting it. If it is an "error" involving the Zestimate, there is nothing that you can do since Zillow does not edit/change those by request.
