There are a few ways that you can remove the property as for sale after the property sells. It depends on how you list the home for sale, ie. by owner or with the assistance of an office. Either way is rather simple. If you decide to sell I am sure you can get asisstance from an agent in your local area that is familiar with Zillow and it's features!

Sometimes agents forget to remove the listing from the site, so ask the agent to do so. Also try claiming your home on zillow and you might be able to get rid of the for sale listing!
