Judging by an earlier post, they placed an ad for a rental on Zillow and have now rented it out. Therefore they want to cancel the ad.

My ESP isn't working very well tonight. So, perhaps it is guessing game time from one or two clues. Are you perhaps getting E-mails on a property that you are current renting and don't want to get any more E-mails?
If I'm guessing wrong, perhaps you could use two or three sentences to describe the issue and your goal, then we'd be happy to give the details to solve the problem.
