how is the issue of the driveway not being included with the property being addressed? no parking?

It's my understanding the driveway and half of the backyard including the out building has been sold seperatly. The placement of the property line leaves no room what so ever to park a car. Considering there was a mortgage on the house at the time it seems to me the sale of that half of the property would not be legal.

ACTUALLY, THERE ARE NO CONCRETE, ETC. DRIVEWAYS IN THAT PART OF THE NEIGHBORHOOD. THEY LOOK LIKE JUST DIRT PATHWAYS.

IT'S NOW BANK OWNED. SO, I'M SURE THE BANK WAS HAPPY TO SELL&GET WHAT EVER THEY COULD OUT OF THE DEAL, IF THAT'S THE CASE. HOWEVER, IT DID NOT LOOK LIKE IT WAS DIVIDED TO ME. THE PROPERTY LINES ON THE AREAL PHOTOS ARE TAKEN AT AN ANGLE, SO THEY ARE VERY DECEIVING.

ESPECIALLY IN RURAL AREAS, PROPERTY IS DIVIDED ALL THE TIME.
