I have some offers that are STILL "Under Review" after 2+ months, even though the asset manager told me directly they accepted another offer. If you're not accepted, you'll hear nothing. If you are accepted... I'm assuming you'll hear something promptly? Wouldn't know for certain, haven't had a HUD offer accepted under the new regime yet, but that's probably because they've been over-pricing them lately. I miss you, NHMSI :)

Hi, in my experience the status "U" as in "under review" won't change, even days after an offer has been accepted. Typically, if your offer was either cancelled, accepted or a counter offer issued it will happen the same business day. Your realtor can ask the listing agent if he/she has received an email from the asset manager disclosing who the winnig bidder was.
I know this process can be frustrating, but it is what it is. Hope this helps!

Have your Realtor® go in and check under their bidder code. A lot of the time the sucessful bidder can get in that way.

I had one answer in 3 days, I had to wait 2 weeks for one- that was during the swtich over to the new HUD and new MM2 contractor- it was a huge pain. keep watching, it will show online a half day berfore the email comes- or so that's been my experience.

In my experience, at least 72 business hours, but it could be longer. Ask your agent to check with the listing agent to see what she believes the wait time will be.
Best of luck!
