Your detailed tax info and bill should show it and that would be the commonly used figure. Be careful about advertising the wrong figure. There are many different ways to measure and your method may be different from a buyer.....

You can measure your house and multiply the length x width to get the approximate square footage. You can look it up on Zillow and also see your Zestimate:
Click on the Homes icon, enter you address in the box and click GO. A map of your neighborhood will appear with your address in a white highlighted box. Click on your address. A new page appears with the information and Zestimate for your house.
Or you can go to you city and ask them.

Measure from the outside walls of the house. lengthxwidth. Do not subtract anything for interior walls etc. That is how it is measured even though the reality of actual functional living space is less than that.
