The HOAs for 1196 Grant # 307 are listed in the MLS as $267 a month and include insurance, snow removal, exterior Maintenance w/roof, clubhouse w/fitness, water/sewer, trash removal, heat, grounds maintenance. This listing is still, but the building in not FHA approved. Hope that helps.

cetnmo - clearly you are asking about a specific property - hopefuly, someone will come along who can give you a specific answer - not a generic one.

If no one  comes along - then I suggest you contact a local agent who does business in that complex.

Good luck!

Monthly maintenance fees (aka HOAs) vary from property to property in Denver. HOA fees are determined by the size of the property, maintenance expenses, what amenities are provided for home owners, and some may cover the cost of utilities. Typically, more amenities equals a higher HOA. When determining if a property is worth the cost of the HOA, consider what it is covering. If it covers the cost of normal bills you would have been responsible for it may be worth it. However, if it is for amenities that you will not be using then it might not be the right property for you. Contact your buyers agent to find out HOA costs and what they cover for properties you are interested in.
