Zillow is in its infancy, like the internet was 16-20 years ago with dial up.
If you are truly interested in value, contact an appraiser or local real estate professional.

The reason for the question was that Zillow listed the property as having 1 1/2 baths; it has 2 1/2 baths.  I assumed correcting the number of baths would increase the vaule of Zillow's estimate.  It did not.  The bath should add appxly 5,000 to the price.  It seems Zillow gets a LOT of things wrong in their estimates and, by providing mis-leading information, it creates a disservice to buyers and sellers alike.

That's a difficult question to answer...There are multiple factors that would indicate how much value would be added for an additional full or half bath on a property...If it's poorly done, it can detract value from the property...
