It depends if you took cash out on the house or not.  If it was an owner occupied house and you didn't take any cash out, you will be o.k.  If you took cash out in the form of a cash out or Heloc, the trustee can come after for the full amount.  Email me if you have any more questions.  Thanks

It depends.  Maryland is a recourse state, so if you have other assets you may be responsible for all of it.   Therefore, the best thing to do is to visit an attorney.
