Well Sue... it depends on a lot of things - including upgrades, condition, location, etc...  but the past sales and current listings should give you some indication of an approximate value.  

There are 3 on the market ranging from 399k to 460k.  The highest priced one is a single level unit.  The only sale in the last year was at $399k.  I'm more than happy to explain or speak to you about putting yours on the market if you're inclined!
