I agree, if you are looking for a "quick idea". If you are looking for
a more solid and accurate value of your home. I would contact
a full time REALTOR who specializes in your area. Another question
you should ask said agent(s), is for a CMA of homes that are not
only for sale, but Pending, AWC (under contract) and that have sold
in the not so distant past. This way you can get a full range of the
current market, in your area. I hope that helps.
