I agree with Vivianne, she has to visit your property to see your upgrades etc. Homesand is not correct, its not a small fee, it can fun between 350-450 or more depending on the home. Talk to a professional.

Click on the following link http://www.zillow.com/ , type your address in the Find homes box then hit the GO button, not all home have the Zestimate, which is a roughly estimate as the start point to know your home value, if you want to sell your house then the best way is that hire a local realtor for free or an appraiser with a small (?) fee to do the Comparative Market Analysis.
