If you ask three Realtors to come to your home and give you a market analysis you may get three different answers or three figures close together. If the house is priced right it will sell quickly and for more money. If you price it too high it may sit and not sell even if you drop the price to where it should have been in the first place. The best thing to do is to get an appraisal to see what your home is truly worth. The zestimate gives you a ball park, and the tax assessment also gives you a baseline to figure if it is where it should be in proximity to other homes in the neighborhood. If your house is brand new with granite and upgrades, it will sell faster... it doesn't always add more value.Hope this helps.Warm regards
