Monica, have you all done any recent upgrades? I can send you a report as to what a qualified buyer might be willing to pay. But, like Gwen mentioned, if you're looking for the insured value of your home you'd have to contact a certified appraiser.

Monica, You have two choices. You can hire a certified appraiser for a fee or you can consult with a local realtor who will provide you with a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) showing you what similar homes have sold for in your area within the last 3-6 months. If you think you might be selling your home, you might want to start with a realtor, because an appraisal will be done and paid for by the buyer in order to satisfy the terms of the mortgage company.
