how much time does it take to get permits to start projects

1.adding a 12x15 extension over den (have enough room between neighbors)
2.35x15 deck in the backyard(have plenty of room in backyard)
3.knocking down a load bearing wall in garage to extend basement(still have off the street parking)
4.convert to central air
5.put on a new roof(must take off three layers)
