Endless pools usually recover a greater % of their cost due to them being put in properties that usually warrant it. They are usually placed in higher end neighborhoods also. That said, an endless pool in a tract home with no view would recover less.

I agree with wetdawgs. It could even detract from the value in certain instances. If you want a pool, get a pool. Forget the possibility of any added value.

Probably between 0% and 50% of the cost of installation. If you wish to install it, install it for yourselves and not for resale value. Pools of any sort do cut out a certain portion of your buying prospects.
