It depends on who put the listing in. Some seller's don't update their listings, so they stay in until they are removed! Agent's are more on top of updating their listings on Zillow. This is why the Zestimates aren't that accurate, because many of the "older" houses are still listed and the Zestimate takes in those houses too!
