Hi.  Thanks for writing.  This property is in need of updates.  The electric was updated at some point (no fuses).  Not sure about the plumbing.  We have not had an official inspection so I don't have specifics to communicate.  There is no central A/C.  The kitchen and baths will need cosmetic updating.  Let me know if you'd like to take a look.  Are you particularly interested in the West Grove?  Have you looked in the South Miami area as well.  Kind regards.  Piper  305 310-9831
