how to claim ad

Ive created an account and filled in all the required and more fields. I Keep getting a message stating must upgrade to pro to fill in all the required fields and Ive done so. Help.

Thanks. Looks like this listing is being sent to us with a different agent's name and email address. You could edit the information on the Postlet so it corresponds with your Zillow profile email address. If the listing data and your Zillow profile have the same email address the listing will be linked to your profile.

If you are a real estate agent you should update your profile to a real estate agent profile. You can do so through the Edit Profile section. Agents can add secondary email addresses on Zillow. The secondary email address can be used to claim the listings that are sent to Zillow under a different email address.

It looks like you've got two rentals claimed under your Pro profile. You can view your listings by signing in to Zillow, navigating to your profile page and clicking the Listings link on the left menu bar.

To claim other listings please click the corresponding link in the Edit dropdown menu on the listing's details page.
