I am not sure if you are in Mountain View California.  If that is the case I can help you with that.  It is in the public records.

Tax records are the easiest way.  Check if your state or county has an online docket to look them up.  If not go to the county courthouse and have them look up the tax records for the property at the treasurer's office.
The assessor's office will have further information.
