You can use the Maricopa County assessors web page.  If the property is a year or older you can type the address in the search bar. If it is a newer home you may have to find it through a combination of their GIS Map to find the homes 8 digit parcel number.  Once you have that you can enter the number into the search bar on the main page and it will pull up the property data.

You can you the Registry of Deeds or County's Real Estate Search to find out. In our state, these are accessible online. Agents may also find it on the MLS if it has the old listing still in the database.
