Click on the 'Homes' tab, type the address in the address and hit the 'GO' button.
Click on the Home detail page which shows the 'Zestimate' and the 'Rent estimate'.
You may also want to click on the 'Create Estimate' link then 'Choose the comparable homes' link to get better Zestimate.
