I think you need to go into details. Why would you even suspect that your Agent hasn't sent out your offer? Seeing as this is the only way your Agent gets payed is by having an offer accepted and then eventually closing, it would seem that the only person hurt by not having the offer sent out is your Agent.

Is there another way without going through the agents broker? Can we contact the listing agent and ask them, if they received our contract?

Wow sounds like a bad situation! You could ask the your agent for some sort of confirmation/evidence that the offer was sent like fax confirmation, e mail etc. I agree with Maria, you shouldnt be working with an agent you feel you can't trust. If you can't even trust them sending over the offer think about what else they arent telling you or sharing with you. Try and check with your agents broker to confirm that the offer was sent. Also if this deal doesnt work out get another agent.
Good luck!

Without going into details, if you are unsure that your agent delivered your offer (which is a very serious charge) you can contact your agent's broker. S/he will be able to find out what is going on.

Why are you working with an agent you do not trust?

how to know if our agent sent contract over to listing agent
We are in desperate need to find out if the listing agent received our contract. We do NOT think our agent even sent it over to them. How can we find out for sure?
This is a very long story, so I don't want to go into details, unless needed.
