It is best to speak with at least 3 agents who specialize in your area. By talking with a few aganet you can find the one that will work best with you and you will get a good feel for the price you should expect to sell your home for. If you are trying to list on Zillow, and that is the only place you "list" your home, you will probably not sell it. You need to contact a local real estate professional to discuss pricing and how to best market your property. Working with agent who lists on the Northwest Multiple Listing, who promotes the home, will probably be your best bet in selling the property.
