I checked your account and I can see that you have already claimed your house on the website. You may now edit the home facts and add photos of your house on Zillow. I also checked your home information from Hamilaton county and it shows that we have the same information about your property.

The house next to me sold a several months ago.  I want it to update so I get a better looking comp for my own house.  I checked the Hamilton County Auditor's website and all the info is there.  How do I get Zillow to recognize it?

Profile picture for Flat Fee MLS
You don't need to post the sale if you didn't list your home for sale with Zillow.  Zillow obtains sale information directly from the Hamilton County Ohio public real estate records, it just takes a few months.  I am a flat fee broker and we just had an MLS listing sell near Norwood, and it takes a few months for the public records to update, then for Zillow to update its website.

If you listed your property for sale on Zillow, then you will need to edit the listing to show it is no longer for sale.

I would like to clarify if you are referring to post for sale or claiming the property on the website.
