There are two places you'll need to investigate to change subscriptions on Zillow.
Go to "my zillow" in the upper right of the screen and click on profile.
Then, go to the left of the screen and click on "subscriptions" and uncheck the appropriate boxes. Also, click on "favorites" and uncheck appropriate boxes (2 per house). E-mails on the unchecked ones should stop within a few days (perhaps as many as 10 business days)
