There is no way that I know of on Zillow to search by school district. Besides that, the schools on Zillow are mainly be distance and no attendance area.

A local agent can sort houses by school using the MLS to narrow it down to one district or to a specific high school. Some MLS systems even allow you to choose by elementary school.
